Answer :

i) The coefficient of \(x^2\) in \(2 + x^2 + x\) is \(1\).

ii) The coefficient of \(x^2\) in \(2 - x^2 + x^3\) is \(-1\).

iii) The coefficient of \(x^2\) in \(\pi{x^2}/2 + x\) is \(\pi/2\).

iv) The coefficient of \(x^2\) in \(\sqrt{2}x - 1\) is \(0\).
