Suggest some approaches towards the conservation of forests.

Some of the methods for forest conservation are as follow :

(i)Ban on cutting of forest as forests stop soil erosion and also reforestation of the deforested areas should be undertaken..

(ii)Forest fires should be controlled.

(iii)Forests should be saved from pests and insects.

(iv)Overgrazing should be prohibited by the cattles.

(v)Rules and laws should be strictly enforced.
