A concave mirror produces three times magnified (enlarged) real image of an object placed at 10 cm in front of it. Where is the image located?

Answer :

As the image is real , so the magnification(m) must be real.
\( m= \frac{h^`}h=\frac{-v}u = -3 or v=3u\)

\( u =-10cm \)

therefore, \( m= \frac{-v}u \)

\( -3= \frac{-v}{-10} \)

\( v= -30cm \)
